- THE CONSULTANT
A clinician first, informed by research
Professor Michael Henein is a consultant cardiologist practising at The Harley Street Clinic and UME Health in central London. His clinical work centres on advanced, non-invasive cardiac imaging — echocardiography, cardiac CT and MRI — used to reach an accurate diagnosis without unnecessary intervention.
Alongside clinical practice he has held professorships at Imperial College London, Umeå University in Sweden and Canterbury Christ Church University, supervised 24 PhD students, and continues to publish and lecture internationally.

- PHILOSOPHY OF CARE
“You leave with answers, not anxiety.”
Every consultation is built on the same principles — reached over forty-five years of listening to patients.
Accurate diagnosis first
Advanced imaging is used to answer your question precisely — treatment decisions follow the evidence, not assumptions.
Plain language
Findings are explained clearly at the time — you should never leave a consultation more confused than you arrived.
No unnecessary tests
Nothing is ordered that your symptoms do not call for — and fees are always confirmed in writing before anything is booked.
